Disgusting service. Possibly the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. Extremely dismissive, not giving me the chance to explain the fact that I have been suffering from a severe virus for five weeks, culminating in extreme pain in my legs. Ending the conversation by talking over me that "the next available appointment will be next Friday". I will not be joining your practice.

Average and typical reception staff, some helpful some the usual I am slightly superior to you type. Expect a couple of weeks wait to see a gp, although that seems par for the course everywhere now, cant think why. I havent seen the same doctor more that twice in a row if I recall correctly. Modern building and amenities and no complaints.
Brilliant doctors surgery best around ,they have been able to get on top of my son's eczema which many doctors couldn't ! Fantastic asthma nurses very good at keeping on top of your asthma making sure everything is running smoothly for you ,easy to get appointments.You can even call about problems and they will get on duty doctor to call back :) .I cannot fault this Surgery doctors are very friendly even the receptionist are friendly ! Along with a brilliant health visitor to , not forgeting the lovely physio who is very good at sorting you out .well done to all who work at the surgery keep up the good work .
Really efficient and friendly service. Waiting times are very short and the end to end care is excellent. Highly recommended!
