Ridiculous system. Can not get an appointment in advance unless it's weeks ahead. Have to sit on a phone at 8.30 or 2pm in order to get a quick appointment. This is useless to working people. Then people wonder why A'n'E is so busy with people who don't need to be there.
Trying to book an afternoon appointment since 8th November. Remain on hold every time, today for 25 minutes to be told all appointments have been filled.Absolutely ridiculous.What will it take for procedures to be revised in order to introduce a better system, probably for a few people to die, if not for medical reasons for the amount of time spent on hold only to find out you've wasted your time once again.
Impossible to get an appointment - even a month in advance they have nothing pre-bookable. Appointments released at 2pm for you to queue on the phone (assuming you can phone and you're not at work) and be told there's no appointments left.! Ridiculous system !
Rude arrogant receptionists been registered since March not once been able to get an app!! My 8 week grandson needed an app to have his jabs and was told had to wait 3 weeks despite the fact that it was for a postnatal check for both him and my daughter !! Asked to speak to practice manager got told no !!waited 4 days for him to return my call got nothing !! Changed to a much nicer surgery who sorted my grandsons apps out straight away !! Word of advice do not register here!!!!
Wonderful practice. The waiting area is clean and roomy, the doctors and nurses are superb and the receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly- even arranging a blood test to be taken there and then!Really fantastic team.
