My Family have been attending this clinic for many years (over 10) and it has failed to keep the vital information required for serious medical assistance and there is no excuse for adversely failing the patient and families when there is a substantially better way to save expense; just by preventing bad practice, unprofessionalism and incompetence .I have received an apology but no empathy, effort, support or contact to remedy the situation since admitting serious failings. Since looking at my medical records I could not understand the flavour of comments on the records it was highly insensitive and inappropriate given the grave circumstance. I have now moved on and advise families to tree carefully and monitor their personal records when dealing with insensitive GPs and practices. Consider this as a warning
Can't get an appointment for an asthmatic with a chest infection that needs antibiotics as there incompetent staff are not able to book appointments up! What the hell. Guess I got no choice but to look for a new surgery. Youre absolute disgraced to call yourselfs a doctors surgery if you can't get an appointment.....that's when the receptionists pick up the phone. Absolute incompetent staff!
Very poor service... my doctor used the internet in order to search for medication which he shouldve been basing on my height and weight. Changing doctors ASAP
Very poor service now. Before there are some best doctors like Smith, Christopher johns and David Williams. But now.....
Two months on the trott I have been left without medication due to apparent incompetence/ laziness. No wonder the patients are all heading across the road and the staff are leaving in droves. Used to be the best GP practice I had ever been too.
