Receptionist "SJ" (Sivash) was always exemplary in his respectful politeness and willingness to be accommodating. A complete revelation in comparison to the previous woman (Julia) who was there a few years ago. (She was randomly variable and though mostly nice to me, I actually witnessed her regularly being very rude to some patients.) The newest receptionist called Maria has been really lovely on the few occasions I have dealt with her. It's a difficult and demanding job at times - I know because I have been a dental surgery assistant - so I believe in credit where it is due.I used to always see the owner, Parisa, but she has been away for some time so I was put in with Dentist Kate Morris and she has been very helpful and very patient and gentle. (I am also an extremely nervous patient). On my last visit, her nurse was also very sweet and encouraging. I'm sorry I don't know her name! Thank you to all!

Today I had to make an emergency appointment to see a dentist at this practice. The receptionist Maria was extremely helpful but also sympathetic to the fact that I had visited this practice about 18 months ago and had a bad experience with a male dentist ( as in he was really rough and caused me pain). Unfortunately I was told it was the male dentist that was available but as I was in so much pain I had to go back there. I was physically sick and petrified. It turns out they have a new guy there. Dentist Mark Troy and his dental nurse Claudine. I cannot tell you the difference in experiences I had. They were amazing !!!! Mark was sensitive and gentle and diagnosed the problem immediately. The previous dentist had set me back 50 years to when I was scared to death of the dentist. This team have totally restored my faith in dentistry.Thank you to Maria, Alex, Mark and Claudine. I'm no longer afraid of going back to this dentist and that will help me keep my teeth xxx
Great service, slick and always courteous. Never attempting to push unnecessary treatments for that extra buck unlike some other dental surgeries. Highly recommend
