After a long period of not seeing a dentist along with a some broken teeth, I called Madeira Dental Care as I was in pain from one of them. The booking was straightforward, I met with Graham first who put me at ease and then rebooked to see Reg. As not someone that deals with pain well, I wasnt looking forward to root canal etc, yet after falling asleep in the chair while Reg was working on me, I cant recommend these guys enough. I really like this dental practice and my husband and I have always had very good experiences here. When my husband was a patient but I wasn't, I broke a tooth. I phoned to see if I could make an appointment even though I wasn't registered. In under 2 hours I was getting my tooth fixed! Also, my husband had been told by another dentist elsewhere that he had to have a tooth removed - no explanation or discussion. He wasn't very happy with that so got a second opinion from a dentist here and it was explained what his options were, and what they would recommend, and why. So much better!
Exceptional service. I didn't feel thing. Highly recommended.
Uncooperative and unprofessional. Claimed I had 'missed appointments' from years agos when trying to rejoin. I requested evidence and explanation, they were unable to provide and cynical. I would avoid.
