Good dentist, nice and friendly. TERRIBLE reception. As others have pointed out (and glad I'm not alone) they never answer the phone. Impossible to change an appointment, but if you should miss one. . .
Fantastic dentist but virtually impossible to contact as they never answer the phone or reply to messages. No point being open if no-one can make appointments.
Very good dentist and lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately the receptionists never seem to ANSWER THE PHONE. Every time I need to book an appointment I have to leave a message on their answer phone. I see that there are many similar reviews about not answering the phone.
I have just joined the dental practice and found the staff very professional.The dentist and dental nurse were very helpful and friendly. Felt at ease and I received a lot of useful information about the condition of my teeth.My last dentist felt like I was going through a car wash so its nice to be treated as a patient not a customer.
I've been with this dental practice for around 10 years and I have to say this is one of best I have ever experienced. I finally decided to have some wonky front teeth sorted here, and they did an absolutely amazing job. Definitely 5 stars!
