I am back in Haven Ward secure unit I personally think I'm more fully I let you make your mind up on that if you ever need help do not go to St Annes and Bournemouth and Poole Community Mental Health any to leave me alone so I'm going to start bullying them watch

No communication and a dr that deems someone medically and mentally fit for discharge after talking to them for 30 mins!!!! Ridiculous. Completely counterproductive as the patient was re admitted a few days later. I really question the capability of the staff they have at this place, so far to say Im unimpressed would be an understatement.

Excellent and professional staff especially support worker rose such a kind compassionate person

Hellish experiences over 17 years in and out of this place. It may have had a building revamp but the staff who have worked there and bullied me, abused me and drugged me have been very unprofessional. They did not build any trust with me, they just relish in their power. My opinion of psychiatry has changed from having trusted them with my life to understanding about the dark and sick nature behind it all. Its now too late and they always say they will learn from their mistakes and they never do. Shut the place down and turn the place into a museum like Aushvitz has been so that people really can learn what has happened to forgotten patients inside psychiatric institutions.

If youre a female and under the age of 30 admitted to St Anns Id say theres a 90% chance youll be diagnosed with EUPD (aka borderline personality disorder)...the psychiatrists are far too quick to make assumptions, will not listen to anything you say, some in particular will go so far as to psychologically punish you in ways such as confining you to a small space without leave, giving you medication that does the opposite of helping you, and if you are a smoker then THINK AGAIN because they will take that away from you the second you get here. Ive been a patient with 100% capacity kept here for the reason that I have no fixed abode and they have done NOTHING to help me find accommodation for many months, I am on a section which is entirely unnecessary and have asked for a review and an advocate but NOBODY LISTENS!!! If you have the choice to come to St Anns as an informal patient...take that opportunity because if you go on a section its pretty hard to get off it!!! And discharge yourself as soon as you can because you dont want to get institutionalised like many patients here!!!
