AVOID THIS GP AT ALL COST!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AT ALLdoctors and nurses are so rude, they seem like they don't want to be there. I had chest pains very often, they don't take this matter seriously with any blood test or heart check up. They assume its just "university stress". Plus booking an appointment is awful, I never get through to them by phone calls or emails. Everything about this GP is a nightmare

This doctors is terrible! Says to call at 8.45.. call over 20 times between 8.45 and 8.50 and they never pick up! Has been like this the past 3 years. Something needs to be done, because a lot of students depend on this doctors surgery and they arent reliable at all!

The absolute WORST doctors experience I have ever had. I have phone 29 times to try and get an appointment but I just go straight to voicemail each time. I understand its a large market youre working with being at a University but if its so busy why are there not more members of staff on to deal with the high volume of patients?Receptionist I spoke to was rude both on the phone and in person. Asked me personal details in the waiting room without even giving me the option to talk in private. When I asked for this she seemed annoyed and led me to a private room. Just a terrible experience, reflects badly on the university.

After calling 34 times today I finally got through to a human being. Before that the phone either went straight to an automated voicemail that hangs up on you or just rings and rings and then goes to the automated voicemail. Incredibly frustrating - they are obviously very understaffed which is unsurprising if you consider how many students they must be trying to cater to but seriously, if you're unwell it's very annoying to have to keep calling and make an appointment to no avail. Reception needs to be better staffed. Often when I've actually been there is only one person at the desk.

Been my local doctors for the past two years. At first it was annoying as when I lived in Corfe I had to get up at 7:30am when I was ill to travel just to book an appointment. Past year has been good though I just call up and normally I'm in the same day or next day to see the doctor.
