Just visited Joannes hair salon,the lovely friendly Zoe cut and styled my hair,giving good advice and putting my mind at ease about using a different stylist,after having the same one for 20plus years!! (Ive recently moved back to the Poole area) I left the salon with my hair looking fab and have made another appointment for January!! Thankyou Zoe :-) xx
Fitted me in straight away when I had a hair disaster! Everyone was lovely but I didn't get any names, sorry. Young lady with short blonde hair who washed my hair was brilliant, gave a really good rinse after the conditioner which so many places don't do.Lovely lady with the pink hair who cut my hair was fab, did a brilliant job, was chatty and friendly and made me feel very comfortable there. I will definitely be coming back.
From the young man (sorry did not get his name) who washed and conditioned my hair and gave an amazing head massage to Holly who cut my hair it was the most relaxed experience I have ever had in a salon. Holly listened to what I wanted, adjusted it to suit me and my hair type and informed me each step of the way what she was doing and going to do. Would definitely recommend, and thanks for the lovely coffee.
Great salon & atmosphere. Alison does my hair and I always come out with great hair and exactly what I want. I recently used a colour remover on my hair which stripped my hair and left it dry and severely damaged. Alison helped me with advice and each visit helped my hair look great again. Joanne's is a friendly and professional salon.
