The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Went there feeling all mummy and hair up and left feeling amazing with my new hairdo. Very happy and pleased feel like me again would highly recommend
Cheap products, overpriced, gossipy and not a nice atmosphere! Booked here once with the owner and was told they were not available, then saw them with another client whilst I was there, chatting away! Very expensive for what it is and high staff turnover, had nails and hair done, shoddy service, will not return.Needs to put quality and customer service first. Doorman is very nosey and gossips too, bad idea.Receptionist was very rude in a bitchy way and made me feel very uncomfortable. Not a good experience.
