Love the facility but Poor customer service and management.
Nice but Over rated. There is other clubs not as large but better value. The only truly good thing is the staff. Helpful cheerful and friendly. Management is a total let down. Keep your money in your pocket and go else where.
I love this place. I spent 6 months at fitness first and wish I never. Spend a little extra and have the cream of the cake. Lovely big gym super big pool and a fantastic outdoor pool.
I have been an active member for 14 years. The fitness classes are great, something for everyone. The gym is comprehensive with good advice from instructors. Indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Changing rooms newly renovated. 7 indoor tennis courts, 3 outdoor, badminton courts, squash courts. Food and drink reasonably priced. Crche and summer camps for kids. Recommended.
Complete Rip off. I signed up to use the pool as advised by my doctor to help my hip problem. I said at the time of joining i required swimming lessons and was told that is no problem, but 3 weeks on still no lessons and the club don't even care. I was also told that i get a a free guest pass once a month that do not expire, but they have now said the person that signed me up was wrong and untrained. So we are now 3 weeks on no swimming lessons no offer to resolve the problem either by booking me some lessons. I would advise anyone to stay away from this club they will say anything to get you to join up, but once you have don't expect to much
