Brilliant modern efficient clean not too expensive
Has almost every piece of equipment most people would want to use. Low price for a very decent gym. Nice showers as well, and a great view over Poole.
Well what can I say, probably the best gym in Poole and Dorset, the view is amazing and the equipment is second to none.
A great gym with a staff team that have advanced knowledge about all elements of training, from diet, injuries, sports specific training, bodybuilding, general health and fitness etc. They are friendly and welcoming. It has everything you need to achieve whatever goal you have regarding your health and fitness goals. Not to forget, they do a great deal of charity work which is a great indicator of the kind of people that work there. I would definitely recommend this gym.
