I was in contact with them about flower arrangements for a funeral, and they stopped replying to my emails. After waiting for 3 days I had to call another florist (and have still had no reply - 4 days!) I don't think it's acceptable to wait this long when funerals are so time-pressured, as well as emotionally difficult times. The family didn't need the stress of having to research a new florist :( Luckily I found a great one who handled everything for me with one phone call

We can't thank Rhea & Annie enough for the beautiful flowers they supplied for our wedding last weekend. We made a number of last minute additions to our order, one of them being the flowers inside the lanterns as pictured. Wow what can we say .... We were absolutely blown away by our wedding flowers they were amazing so beautifully done I was in tears when we went to collect them. All the girls are so friendly and so helpful. We couldn't of ask for any thing more perfect. From discussing the flowers colours etc, placing the order, great communication, quick responses to any questions we had the ease of paying and right up to collecting them. We would definitely recommend them can't rate you all highly enough. A huge thank you for a stress free experience x
