Seriously poor customer service after an online order of 2 items, purchased 27th Oct (thankfully) via Paypal. Two polite emails sent asking when my order would be shipped were totally ignored. Finally I had to phone (5th Nov) & was told 1 item was out of stock but that other item would be sent on 7th. Nothing was sent, no communication & yet another email totally ignored. I finally got a refund (12 Nov) only when I got Paypal involved in my claim. This business owner is a total timewaster.
Bought some flowers from here for the front room. I wasn't sure what I wanted but gave the lady a vague description of "autumn" and a budget. The lady pulled out a fantastic set of flowers from the range which I was very happy with. Will be visiting again. They also also ways have displays out front, well worth a visit.
