We used Lauren as our wedding florist and could not have been more pleased!! She absolutely 'got it' when I told her about my vision and the look we wanted to achieve. When she sent back her ideas and suggested flowers, I knew we'd made the right choice! Her communication was incredibly prompt and very friendly, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with!On the day she completely met my (quite high!) expectations - and the flowers were insanely beautiful and so much more than I could have even dreamed of! She even made a brand new bamboo arch for our tropical-themed wedding which was both incredible and way more than we could have ever asked for! I am so pleased we chose her and am now looking for any excuse to use her again!
Lauren is fantastic at what she does. It really seems to be a passion for her rather than just a job and she is incredibly talented. I have used her for various reasons from birthdays to valentines and most recently my Grans funeral. This last event is what has prompted me to write the review. Lauren was so caring and understanding and really took the time to make it a very personal tribute that meant so much to our family. Lauren had obviously never met my Gran but through careful and sensitive questioning managed to find out the information she needed to make it really special for us on the day. We felt as though one aspect of that difficult time was dealt with for us and from the moment we gave Lauren the go ahead, we didn't have to think about anything again. She dealt with the delivery and set up and was an absolute star. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Top class. Thank you.
