I did not find it that frendley and expensive
Really excellent service... Everything is fully detailed and explained. The staff are first first, although the small and cluttered parking facilities can be a tad daunting when dropping a car off. A recent service produced great results and a noticeable difference. Highly recommended.
I was able to look round showroom without being asked every five minutes if I needed help, which gave me a more relaxed approach to taking my time, when I asked for assistance it was very informative.
Excellent service & help received from your service team in Poole especially Phil on your service desk who dealt with an unexpected major fault on my Fiat 500.Everything was explained & fixed & the car ready & waiting by the end of the day.
