Had a great experience buying my new M3! Spoke with Chris initially who took the time to explain everything I wanted to know (and I had a lots of Qs!). They stayed open late too which was very helpful given the distance I was travelling, and took the time to run through all the paperwork and most importantly the car in person when I did finally arrive! Very friendly and knowledgeable with some great cars in stock! Would highly recommend and would be more than happy to buy from again! Thanks guys... loving the car!

Extremely poor. Sleezy as they come. Was looking to buy a Cayenne E-Hybrid. Had price almost agreed after many phone calls. I was waiting to hear back from Ben who promised to call back within a hour. He didn't. I called about 5-6 times again and always got Alex, who said Ben was out. I asked him to query the same thing Ben had last spoken to me about (which was merely to extend the warranty for a few months), because I had not heard back on the issue. I emailed Ben, and got an automated reply to say he would not be in for a couple of days. As the day had finished, I called again the next morning to reach Alex and find out. Got through after 4 tries in 2 hours. He said they had someone else coming to see the car and no longer wanted to sell the car to me. I said I was ready to pay the deposit over the phone and we had more or less agreed a deal save the warranty issue. He didn't care. He was very apathetic and showed his true colours of a sleazebag. I told him I would write openly about this experience in a review and he said 'go ahead.' Customer service is clearly not their forte. Basically a huge waste of time. There was no communication between Ben & Alex, and at the end of the day, they used my bid to leverage the other buyer and say they had someone ready to pay a certain price. I wouldn't dare deal with these guys, and definitely not for any meaningful amounts.
