Good service helpful staff and a good stock
Terrible service and a couldn't careless attitude from the parts department
My mum took her car in with an electrical fault. They spent two hours trying to diagnose the problem at a high hourly cost. Then, to my shock, said they may need to spend another hour or two doing further diagnostics. This would then potentially cost just under 500 ... just to work out the problem (though no guarantee!) and before it's actually fixed. I find this outrageous.My experience is a garage normally tells you what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix... then you decide if you want to proceed. I think this garage is ripping people off with this shoddy service.Maybe modern garages operate like this, but I'd rather stick to an old fashioned garage that fixes cars at a reasonable cost and puts their customers first.

We recently purchased a used car (Hyundai i40) from Westover Poole and were served by Jamie Lambert. We really love the car and think this is down to how Jamie kept in mind the key requirements we wanted from a car. It really helps when the person you deal with can empathise with you to understand what you need from a car. Not five stars as had one issue with one of the advisers who was covering for Jamie while he was off sick and didn't take us for a test drive which we were specifically booked in for, felt like we weren't good enough for him! - Tyrone Wright (Team Leader) apologised for this and spoke with the adviser . Other than this, overall been a good experience.
