Shocking service! I bought an Astra from these people. To start with the service was pretty good. That all ended once the 3 year warranty ended. The car went in after it third year service to change the brake pads. On this visit they did their 'free safety check'. On this check they came up with a number of issues that would have been covered under the warranty. Strange that one month earlier when the car was in warranty these issues were not there! I have raised this with them but they said it was down to the use of the car. It's only done 26000 miles! Poor service and I would never use them again
Although it looks nicer the car is made to a very low quality. Therefore you'll be lucky to drive for 2 months before something else breaks. You're spending more time bringing it to the garage than driving it. I will never drive another Vauxhall again. Service matches the quality of the car as well.
