My gorgeous boy injured his spine running into the patio door. We rushed him in as he was unconscious. The fabulous staff cared for him for 3 days but he couldn't stand on his own. We were coming to terms of saying goodbye, and my heart was breaking. Luckily Fran one of the dedicated team offered to care for Dizzy at our house as she was in her final year of study to be a pooch physiotherapist. She worked her magic on him for 6 weeks 2-3 times a week with no charge. Hand on my heart she worked a miracle and saved his life. He's a Staffy x Boxer and weighs 6st full of life and a real menace..he know runs like a cow but we don't care. She was totally amazing as we're all the team. We can't put into words how grateful we are.xxx
Emergency Vet Care Staff been much helpful and supportive to me when comes to stray dogs or found dogs over the 4yrs. Appreciate all the support by staff and wont go a miss there help. Might be annoying calling all the time but I wish see if reunite the dogs without having take them to vets unless issue with the dogs or no microchip found on them. then have a dog in kennels. Great work team at EVC keep it up. Also 1 particular member of staff (wont mention her name there) shes always on the other side the phone to help when I call. Thanks C (she might know who that is ) always recommending you. From dogs Lost and found and stolen in dorset group on Facebook.
I had to rush my Rabbit here overnight. The ladies who work there are amazing, very friendly and kind. They put me to ease straight away and their medical care and attention was brilliant. I would recommend to anyone.
Just came back form Emergency VetCARE. Superb service! Very nice and gentle vets. We have all injections and now waiting for surgery. Highly recommend !!!
Visited twice, once with my dog andLast night 8/8/17 with a hamster which was sadly put to sleep. Both visits I've had the same female vet who is very reassuring and had a brilliant way with both animals also with me.My dog is still continuing treatment but knowing this vets is available throughout the night really puts my mind as ease. The nurses are also lovely.Thank you
