Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great range with exactly what you need despite being very small in size compared to other local pet stores. My cocker spaniel Reggie adores it as the staff are so lovely to him. The staff are also really relaxed and kind to us and everybody else. Best pet store in the area by far.
The staff here are so knowledgeable and nice. Really helpful when comes to little kids who want hampsters and makes every customer feel special. Would not shop at any other pet store
I am so pleased that one of the assistants at Pets Corner told me about Puppy hour. The first week that I took my puppy Loki he was very nervous and I was worried that I had done the wrong thing by taking him but I was reassured by the staff that it was normal and I persevered. Every week his confidence grew and he really enjoyed his play time with the other dogs. If I had not taken him I dont think he would have been as well adjusted as he is now.I like the fact that all the staff are so well trained in all aspects of animal care and value their advice. I changed Lokis food on their advice and really noticed a difference in his behaviour and toileting.The toys that I have bought from there have survived abuse from my puppy and large older dog.Last mention has to be a huge thank you for all the help and advice from all the lovely staff at Pets corner Poole branch. Loki and I will be back regularly
Lovely shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were really helpful when weaning my puppy as they have a good selection of high quality dog food. Staff are always happy to help. Highly recommend.
