Ordered the Singapore chow mein. It seemed to have the decent/right amount of ingredients but it did have a strange after-taste which I found a bit disagreeable. I judge all Chinese takeaways on the Singapore noodles/chowmein and this wasn't a winner.
Through changes in ownership/management over the years the quality of the food has remained high since I first went there in the, '70s! Enjoyed my favourite chicken chop suey with sweet & sour king prawns again this evening.

Great Chinese takeaway Sui Mai was perfectly cooked. Great service and the delivery man was delightful. Would definitely recommend.
