An order that should have been here in 45 minutes as ended up taking about 2 hours. Typical for Indian place. Ordered at 6pm, called 7:29 and they said it was on delivery, which would be 5 minutes. 37 minutes later I call again and they take half a year to understand my address. Finally comes 3 hours late.
Have had the odd takeaway for over a year now from flames.. and very consistently good best takeaway north of Poole give them a go ... spot on ..

disgusting service. ordered over the phone. wrong food delivered. not what we ordered. when phoned up they said they would send another. it never came. phoned again and told to ring back romorrow. will never use again.
