Overpriced - quite often rude - one of those annoying place#s if you cant travel you have no choice
Good shop with good selection. Shame about the manager well I think she's the manager? short blonde hair. Terrible attitude, rude, in your face. The other members of staff are very friendly and helpful.
Popped in here as I could see there was a clearance sale (always on the look out for a bargain!). Purchased a couple of lovely items, excellent quality and good value for money. We also quizzed a couple of members of staff about a variety of items and they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and polite on all occasions - super shopping experience, thank you.
There was a young chap in here who helped with my knife purchases. Great service from him, just a shame the manager (?) I spoke to before was so dismissive of my queries. :(There was some very off putting shouting shortly after although I couldn't tell who it was aimed at. I was in there with my friend at the time and we both left soon after. :(
The female assistant manager with short blonde hair was very rude walked around like she owned the place. And proceeded to talk to the staff and customers very rudely. I myself run 5 stores and would not dream of treating any of my staff or customers like that. Was not impressed with her attitude. Forgot to say this was Tuesday.Apart from this. The staff dispite the bad atmosphere remained positive.
