Paul was very helpful on both occasions we visited. Gave us information and then retreated to let us try out the sofas and discuss between ourselves. Very attentive but didn't feel like we were being sold to!
Manager and salesman were helpful without being pushy. Sale price was good and they price matched when one of the items was further reduced!
Visited the POOLE store to buy a bed for a spare room. Cant remember the name of the member of staff who served us but he was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. Found what we wanted and arranged delivery within our required timescale. Good experience.
Wanted to buy a Vispring bed & mattress and after much research I decided that Furniture Village was the place to go. Dont regret my decision at all. They had the bed I was interested in on display, gave excellent advice and the whole process (including arranging interest free credit on part of it) took about half an hour. The gentleman I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and didnt push any extras at me (he did offer but didnt force the subject when I declined) which was very refreshing.... and he made my mum a cup of coffee! He told me 2-6 weeks delivery and my bed arrived and was installed within 2 weeks. All in all Id highly recommend them!
We have recently purchased a sofa for delivery before Christmas. We met Leo who help us pick the right sofa for us. Customer Service was excellent and the experience was fantastic. Leo made us feel welcome to the store and listened to what we liked. We had as much time as we needed and was not rushed at all. thank you Leo, well be back!!
