Had some electrical diagnostic work done earlier this year, granted they found the problem rectified it in a timely manner, I have so far found 3 bits of interior trim that have had clips broken (one piece fell off on the drive home) therefore needing replacement. Anyone who has worked on cars in the past know these plastic parts can be brittle, i would have however appreciated some clarity and honesty - i would have just paid for the replacements. If attention to detail is important to you i would go elsewhere.

Hello, I just want to share my experience to this garage from my first time been here. I've been here Monday 22/10/2018 around 9am in the morning for the Engine Manage Light On in my dashboard I speak to the guy on the table regarding with the problem and I just give him as well some rough ideas regarding with the OBD reading and he say that he will need still to put star diagnostic tools to check the proper reading of the problem after a few minutes the guy on the table came back and give the details of the problem of the car and it was a Intake Air Leak System with the algorithm fault he say first time he enountered that kind of fault but I told him maybe the Mass Air Flow Sensor I fitted in with a different brand not the original OEM after that he suggest to put the original Mass Air Sensor back but before that they reset my Engine Manage LIght On on the dashboard without any "FEE" that time I felt like this Startech Garage is one of the best independent garage in Poole. After I went there and get back home I just put the old Mass Air Sensor the "Original OEM" everything seems ok I did a 20 Miles test run everything still ok without the EML light On, Working Monday Night until 6am still ok without the EML On but I will going to work again tonight Tuesday. If the EML On again I definitely will going there to bring the Car and have some proper check and I will update the post.
