I have been using Fast Fit for servicing and repairs to my vehicles since 1986, when Geoff had his first garage around the corner from his present site. At the time I had bought a second hand stretched Daimler Sovereign as a wedding car, for a part time hobby, and wanted a reliable and trustworthy garage to maintain it in tip top mechanical condition for obvious reasons. Having approached two or three garages to get a feel for their attitude and prices and not being impressed with them I kept on looking. A friend then suggested I try Geoff at Fast Fit on the Nuffield, I did and the rest is history.Since that time Fast Fit have serviced and maintained all my various cars, including the Company cars I was provided with whilst working for a National Company, prior to my retirement in 2005.(Geoff was able to provide a better service at much better labour rates than the Main dealers and with quicker turnaround time, which was the reason that my company allowed me to use Fast Fit to maintain their vehicles instead of the Main Dealers).The big advantage in using Fast Fit is that if you have a problem with your vehicle, you take it to Geoff, he diagnoses the problem, gives you an honest report and advises what needs to be done and tells you the cost. Should he find additional work is required then you get a telephone call before he carries out the work so that you can discuss the problem before authorising the repairs. To summarise my comments: If you want a garage that treats you fairly, tells it like it is, provides value for your money, and above all is trustworthy. Then Fast Fit is the place to go.32 years and some 15+ vehicles later I am still using Fast Fit and will continue to do so.
I travelled down from Swindon to see a client in the local area at the end of November, but on my way there my rear wheels decided to seize up. After looking on Google, Fast Fit Poole came up as the first suggestion with the highest rating from reviews; So, I decided to give them a call to see if they could fit me in at extreme short notice. The gentleman I spoke to gave me no promises, but told me to drop the car off and they would see what they could do. I agreed up front that they could go ahead and order anything required to complete the works if it was possible to do that same day, as I was going to be busy with a client and would be unavailable to give them the green light without causing a delay; It was vital that I got back on the road the same day as I had further clients to see later that day and they did exactly that.. 2 and a half hours after dropping my car off, it was fixed and ready for me to get back on the road. A frustrating expense incurred, but a necessary one to ensure safety when travelling long distances. Most importantly, Fast Fit Poole were very friendly, professional and they made it very affordable. I can't thank them enough for reacting quickly when I needed help and if I lived in the area, it would be a 'no brainer' to use them for all my vehicle's checks and maintenance requirements.

Geoff and his team are excellent at what they do, extremely knowledgeable and never rip you off. Brilliant prices on repairs and they even brought my focus back from the dead when the gasket head blew. Could not recommend this garage more.
