I have to say, they are fantastic little helpers! I have had a problem with my car, and have had to hire a car over the last 3 weeks. The office staff, ie Angie is a supper star, putting up with my requests and demands. In the last 3 weeks iv had 3 cars from them. Angie has at every poin put me first and given me the best possible price. The only down side would be, the cars are not at there best ie cleaned. Thank you for all the service guys.

Mistake . . save yourself the drama !I've just had to cancel a reservation with this branch for the second time after booking a Luxury vehicle shown as a 'Guaranteed' model on their website and also in my confirmation email. Both times I've then had a call from the branch to tell me that the car couldn't be provided despite the information I've been sent.On this occasion I've been able to make alternative arrangements without losing anything more than the time it took me to make the reservation however last time I only found out when I turned up to collect the car and found it wasn't what I'd booked.Things happen, I get that, but when I then went back to the branch in person to discuss it I thought I'd stumbled into a little Britain sketch and had to deal with what appeared to be a work experience person behind the counter who ummed and aarghed without knowing much before we then had a very odd conversation, through her, with the 'manager' I'd been dealing with via email who was clearly sitting in her office behind an open door but couldn't even stand up and walk the 1 metre it would have taken to look at and talk to me in person !Its 2018, this level of customer service wasn't good enough in the 80's.I hire 8-10 luxury cars a month, every month, and wouldn't use this branch again if they were last ones available . . I'm glad my business isn't run this way !
