terrible service. I found out my passpord had expired and since I called 9 minutes after rental time (while I had to wait 20 minutes at the desk) there is zero refund. All money gone.No service at all. Do not use this company. Others are just as cheap but actually offer some service!!
Never order trough this company again! I was offered the car for very good price in Kaunas, Lithuania this June (from 18/06) and paid for it partly. Today, 07/06 I have received the call from the company Avis which owes the hired car. A customer adviser tried to explain me that car booked will cost for me about 10 times more and somebody from the company 'cars-scanner' put on the web-site 'wrong' price... !!! ...Just put comma in the wrong place... I've never heard anything like that. Awful! Never again! Proven companies only.
Never rented a car on holiday before and so glad I did it through carscanner. Ive heard a lot of negative feedback about various car rental companies so understandably was a bit apprehensive to book. Anyway, it was a flawless experience from start to finish. The website has a wide range of cars on offer and it is very easy to book. The after care like email reminders are very thoughtful. The prices are great, a lot of budget options which exactly what I was looking for. On arrival the service was friendly and efficient. The condition of the car was even better than I expected. Will definitely use again amazing experience.
