Booked 2 days here for my Birthday, it's a lovely big site. Very clean and tidy. They had all you might need onsite including paper delivery. Only downside was only 1 toilet block was open, due to the time of year i guess and was always busy. It was a 3 min walk to a really nice cafe/ restaurant who did a very nice cooked breakfast and homemade cakes you can take away.
Friendly welcome. The facilities were brilliant and very, very clean. Well set out park, bus right outside to Poole & Bournemouth. Worth every penny.
Great campsite. We went as a bigger family group and had 3 pitches next to each other. Great facilities, clean toilets and showers and a freezer to store your own ice packs was very handy! Nice little shop on site too with fresh baked goods and helpful staff.Nearby to lots of great things to do. We went for a week, but could easily have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!
We really like the South Lytchett touring site for a number of reasons. Being in a rural situation is home from home for us, being surrounded by trees & having a quiet atmosphere, who couldn't like it ? Your excellent bus service is an added attraction, especially to two of our favourite towns, Poole & Bournemouth. The site is excellent, especially being able to have freshly baked bread for breakfast. It's an all round great place to visit. We will be back. Regards from Richard and Pauline Belshaw.
Nice campsite, convenient for the Poole ferry, requested a pitch near the exit as we has an early ferry so we didn't disturb anyone but was placed the far end. Also requested hard standing as we are in a motor home, the pitch was hard standing but had to drive across a large area of grass to get to it. Would not of been happy if we had got stuck. Facilities excellent, we have stayed before and used the bus outside the gates. Lovely area.
