Good, quick service and yummy food. More than generous portions too
Big portions, great taste and the views of the harbour are outstanding. There is disabled access via a lift at the back but it's not well displayed.
Service from the owner was absolutely poor - messed up our order 3 times in a row but didnt apologise looked annoyed that she had to change our orders and replace food she was just rude if Im honest too busy & interested talking to all the men, food was poor burger was dry just tasted like rubber something out of a birds eye qtr box. The only thing that made our visit nice was the amazing waitresses you were so kind, the owner is very lucky to have such nice waitresses - sorted our order out and complaint for us very nice and excellent people skills the only reason Im giving it a 2! Keep it up girls - dont turn out like the owner! Needs some lessons in handling complaints!
This restaurant has great views looking over the Poole harbour, but the food and interior is quite mediocre. The staff was nice, but you couldn't see a smile anywhere. The portions are adequate, but the food is almost certainly not fresh. The interior design is weird, nothing matches, just random furniture shoved into one space. 3 stars because for the price the portions were good, and the view was unique, but next time I'd try something else.
The food was great. I tried something I hadn't had before and was pleasantly surprised. The only downside for me was there was no ale so we settled for red wine which was nice but always leaves you with empty pockets.
