Parent child spaces are not monitored. I have seen disabled people using them when they have their own spaces. As a parent I cannot go and use a disabled space so why should they use our dedicated spaces? It is hard to get a baby in a car seat out in a normal space without banging the car nextdoor.

We usually get a weekly delivery to our house in Upton, now, for a couple months it has been fine, couple of inconvenient substitutes, but hey, no stock is fair enough. The last three weeks in a row we have had issues.3 weeks ago, delivery turned up around half an hour late, to which we missed a night out meal due to waiting in for the delivery, which we had paid for so we were out of pocket for a pre booking for our table, we also got very poor customer service as no one seemed to know what they were doing and it seemed very unorganised, when the driver turned up, there was no apology for being late and that felt very rude.2 weeks ago, the driver missed off a crate of goods to which had hygiene products for the ladies in the house, I also noticed quite an attitude with this driver, didn't have any customer service skills or care for the customers. We called this time to receive quite an irritated attitude from the gent who answered the phone, quite a sarcastic and also it felt like I was out of place trying to get the goods we had paid for. At first, we were told it will more than likely end up being tomorrow, which I thought it was unacceptable given the goods that were on that crate. Secondly also, we were told our products would be at our hour that night, there is no reason why they could've dropped it back that same night seeing as we are less than 5 minutes away from the store. So I said this was unacceptable to which the driver was told to get the crate to us that night.Tonight, again, the driver was late by the best part of half an hour, tried calling to enquire as to what was going on, whilst the gent (I didn't catch his name but he was absolutely sound) had me on hold as he was finding someone to help, I could hear the conversation and there was curses involved from the person he spoke to, he led tried getting back to me but it seemed his microphone on his phone went kaput to which he couldn't hear me.Just as I was about to call back after trying to let the guy know I would call back the driver turned up, seemed like he had hurt his back etc to which didn't seem right for him to be carrying sometimes heavy crates of goods, we had no apology or reasoning as to why he was late.I'm left questioning my faith in the delivery service as we have had nothing but issues three consecutive weeks in a row. I would like to see a form of apology to some extent from the store due to the agro it has caused.

I would like to know why the disabled parking spaces are alot further away from the shop entrance than the parent & child spaces.I get that the parents need wide spaces but they can still walk the distance!! My husband is on crutches and we have to walk from over the other side whereas the parents can park right near the door. So thank you Asda for not catering properly for the disabled

Very disappointed with the delivery service today. Booked a click and collect at 11am- realised Id used the wrong card for this order so immediately tried to call the store customer services to pay with the correct card before the cut off time at 12pm- no answer at all for the whole 50 minutes that I was trying.. I eventually worked out how to get through to the switchboard and was put through to a lady who told me that my order had been cancelled due to the card not going through- I explained Id tried constantly since 11.10 to get through to change the payment details and she just reiterated that the order was cancelled- Ive had no email confirming this yet. Very disappointing service.

I visit the store every six weeks whilst camping at the local park resort. I need to stock up on snacks, drinks and cereal bars. I often end up purchasing additional camping gear, plants and gifts. I enjoy the store and the staff are all very helpful. I enjoy my shopping here as I always come out with some unusual wacky present ideas.
