Very helpful staffs. Unlike other self storage I used. I did not have to pay for 15days notice period before or after my things are out. They same day I went to collect my items. I had my remaining money refunded back to my card used for monthly payment.

Very impressed, staff efficient and friendly. Facilities first class . Would have been a five star review apart from the insurance..... went through the registration process, to be handed the final bill for the first 24 weeks, which I wanted to pay in advance. Bill for 24 Weeks came in over a 120 more than I had been quoted, asked for a breakdown, the additional 120 was for insurance for the first 24 weeks ! I would probably have let it ride if that had been for a years cover. 240 ish for 4000 worth of cover for a year is more than my home contents insurance ! Went on line found the same value 4000 worth of cover through GM insurance brokers, for 71.38 for a year !!! I appreciate business needs to make money but that's a blatant RIP off . Long and short, use Big Yellow get your own insurance cover.
