Lovely people working there. Always very helpful. But the seating area is terrible and very cold. The coffee is not very warm either. We hope in the near future starbucks will have a proper coffee shop in the High Street like they used to have.
Car park is good, however could use more parent and baby spaces. Center is clean and security are visible. Now many of the units are filled it is a nice place to visit. The new toilets are superb.
Nice clean shopping centre and not too big. A pleasant experience and very close to Poole town centre

Up and coming retail centre. Huge revamp. Excellent new toilets, although not clearly signed. They are on the first floor.
