Initially, all appeared well. However, after the TSB bank bank technical crash, the attitude towards us changed. We were led on to believe all was well. The lack of patience led to a contract race being started. We lost the chosen Property. On attempts to look for new property in the area, no calls were returned.Fortunately, we have found and moved into a much more livable property in the same area.I will not use Hearnes in the future.
