PLEASE READ YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY - especially clause 9.1.11 - this clause states; if you pack and unpack your items yourself then no cover will be payable to you if Parkstone removals damage or lose your goods.... basically, if you don't opt to use their packaging/ unpacking service then they can do what they want with your possessions and they wont be liable for any loss or damage due to that clause. They damaged my TV but because I packed and unpacked the TV myself they are not liable to cover any of the costs towards the repair. Also, not very professional - they unloaded my possessions by throwing them off the first floor balcony! Wish I had read the small print before using - don't make the same mistake, read the small print first.

Very inconsiderate of the surrounding properties. Twice today their drivers have blocked my driveway, with no apologies or intention of moving. Avoid if you don't want to fall out with your neighbours!
