Staff need training on good Customer Service as very incompetent and robotic!
Just visited the shop today. I bought an item for 80 as a present. I ask the member of stuff may we change it if my cousins doughter not like it? Thay said yes. Later on that day i changed my mind and i went went back to change it for a similar product. It was 16 cheaper... Thay told me thay can not give back money! Thay can give me a credit. I said" i bought for cash on the same day. Why you can jot just tske it from the registery and give my money back." Thay said thay are an independent store anf thay font have to... "Return Policy & InstructionsIf you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products."This is the return policy from there webpageSo i can not see why thay not give that 16 pound back but thay can keep it. Thay lose a costumer for 16 quid what its a shame because apart from the overpriced bijou what thay selling its a nice shop. Im not sure who was behind the tills who i dealing with but looked like the owner or someone who acting like that. She was not that friendly when i came back like when she sold the product for me. I think its not fair and im not sure about the legal side as well.
