I wish I had looked through these reviewsI should have just set fire to my 200 TV does not work, customer service is terrible to the point they are so rude they have nothing to offer. GOT MY MONEY BACK BY GOING THROUGH THE BANK THEY PRODUCED FAKE AUTHORISATION CODE DOCUMENT CLAIMING THEY REFUNDED ME!! LUCKLY KEPT MY EMAILS AND SENT THEM TO THE BANK AND EXPOSED THEIR LIES!!!. Go to your bank and file a dispute claim and they go direct to their bank.
dreadful company. We are reviewing this Company as they also go under other names. When entering any of these websites check the address as they are all in Poole Dorset Unit 1B Willis Way. They are the same company and have ripped a lot of people off by delivered damaged goods and not refunding. Do not be duped by positive reviews as we have since found that some of the people work there. We have information that people who have left have confirmed this.
Placed the order on 30/07 and did not get a confirmation delivery date until 06/08. One day prior to item being delivered, I was informed that item has been damaged by driver and they cannot source the same model in time for delivery, requested me to select a different item with the same value with no assistance from them at all. More importantly, their website did not work, there is no way for me to find a replacement item. I requested for them to refund me, was told refund would be completed on 11/08 which did not happen. Still waiting for my refund.
Please avoid this sorry excuse of a company. Decided after two weeks, they could not deliver and would refund, by cheque. They have now breached the fourteen day refund period, with a variety of pathetic excuses. Company Director must be proud of what he is doing. A real honourable businessman. The best thing we can hope for, is our refund, and to read of the company going out of business. The whole customer service is unpleasant and nowhere near being resolved. Sad.
