Beautiful service wonderful surroundings. Staff were fabulous and didnt rush us out of the building at the end. Steve did a wonderful celebrant service. Would recommend definitely.
This is a fantastic venue with a beautiful setting and an elegant, contemporary vaulted space for the funeral service and committal (it was a cremation). The staff were warm, friendly and sensitive to the needs of the family and the music, food and ambiance were excellent. Most importantly, unlike Poole Crematorium, services are not booked back to back so we had plenty of time for the wake afterwards and there was no feeling of being rushed. The venue can be a little hard to find and directions could be clearer on the website, but that was our only concern on the day.
