Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and we were delighted with the quality of our puchases for which we had expected to pay more. We will definitely call again.
Customer service at store is very good , After a complaint with a product we had purchased went wrong with no response from the manufacturer for 6+ weeks. Natalie at Decathlon Poole branch took charge infoming us all the way of her actions and true to her word we had a replacement model better than previous Treadmill. Thank you Natalie and the team at Decathlon Poole .
Went in to buy a basketball hoop, a bike helmet, badminton rackets and accessories. Got ignored by 3 members of staff who were just stood there gossiping stood in the walkway so no one could pass. Fine by me. 100 stayed in my pocket. Staff need training on customer service
I had to return an item that didn't fit me. It was returned very quickly an efficiently by none other than the store manager himself. I think his name was Ashley, but he was very polite, helpful and I'll also say (very cheekily) a delight to look at :D I love this store. It has so many great sports items for any kind of sport you can think of!
