Came a couple of times and had either french mani or pedi. Both times chipped within an hour of leaving salon. Went back and tried French shellac pedi (44! Not cheap!) and they said it would last 2 weeks. Chipped same day! They only applied one coat of polish and applied it so thickly! Friends said I should go back to complain but Im not a very confrontational person. I have now tried a nail bar in Bournemouth and had French shellac mani (29!) on for a week and no chips so it is obviously not my nails that are the problem. Also they ignore you and talk to eaccother in their own language so not the most welcoming atmosphere. Go somewhere else, spend your hard earned money where they care about the job they do. Having said this I have heard raving reviews about their acrylics so they should stick to that and not offer services they clearly arent good at. Just after money.

Just to say I am appalled by the service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked an appt for 10am & arrived at 9.55am. I left at 10.25am as apparently everyone there booked 10am appts & there were still 2 people sat down they hadnt even started. It would have been 11am at the earliest. Please waste your time booking appts as they have no intent or ability to fulfil. In addition, I was aggressively told they couldnt infil, despite me having done this for 15 years. Apparently I needed to have the set removed which would of course cost an extra 12..... When I questioned this I was told that was all they could do as the nails Id had done, were too thick!! It was very rudely communicated & they just kept coming back saying well what do you want to do?!. I left disgusted after waiting 30 mins to be told this & went to ask 2 other salons. Both said it would be fine to infill & couldnt understand why it was refused. Unsurprisingly I had them infilled & finished within an hour at another salon.With so many nail saloons, perhaps they will use this feedback constructively. I suspect not. Just to note, I wasnt alone in being unhappy. Several people wont be back as they waited so long despite apparently having appts.Avoid......
I arrived this afternoon to a friendly smile and was seated straight away. The lovely lady that done my acrylics was very cheerful and chatty and everyone else was very friendly with a good sense of humour! She finished my new nails beautifully and efficiently and I was done within less than an hour. I am very pleased with them and will be back. :-)
Just left and my nails feel absolutely amazing. They give a hand massage which I have found a lot of Nail Bars don't seem to do. The people working there were lovely and friendly. it's a shame I don't live around here (as I'm on holiday) otherwise I'd keep coming back here. and my nails look absolutely amazing!
